Ami-Lee Benton: The team and the relationships we build
Ami-Lee Benton, one of our amazingly passionate and motivated UK Account Managers, shared a few thoughts about her time at the company – from her favorite role to her favorite event, self-development, and teamwork.

I’ve been with the business for 14 years. My favorite role is my current – I am a UK Account Manager.
In my experience, the success and agility of a team is measured on the strength of their bond. We describe ourselves as colleagues, but it’s more than that. The bond built on site during the early–morning coffee run, the late-night rehearsals, and every peak and trough in-between, is like no other.
There is no feeling more fulfilling than the euphoria following a successful delivery and a job well done on the back of great teamwork.

The bond built on site during the early–morning coffee run, the late-night rehearsals, and every peak and trough in-between, is like no other. Working with people from all corners of the business as well as expanding my knowledge outside of logistics really made it a fantastic event and a huge development area for me personally.
I love improving my industry knowledge and skills – I use the usual channels to keep up to date, attending as many industry activities as I can and keeping in touch with our preferred suppliers, but my main source of knowledge comes from within our teams. The incredible talent and knowledge that we have within the business is huge. What better way to keep up to date than a chat at the coffee pod with my peers? I’m so happy to be back in the office and at our events in person again; it makes such a difference to the way we work, learn, and share.
I’m so excited to be a part of Inizio Engage XD. The opportunities for sharing a wider range of services and expertise with our clients is fantastic, as well as the personal opportunities for growth and development that come with being part of a larger team.
What keeps me rooted to the company, and the industry, is the amazing relationships I have and the super talented people I get to work with every day.
