Celebrating the Women of Emota: International Women’s Day 2025

This International Women’s Day, we are proud to celebrate the incredible women who shape our business every day, from our senior leaders who have risen through the ranks to the rising stars making waves in the industry.
Leading by example
Women are at the heart of Emota’s leadership, driving our mission to create purposeful connections through powerful experiences. While Emota officially formed in 2024, many of our senior leaders have been with our legacy companies—Ashfield Event Experiences (AEE) and WRG—for decades, helping to shape what Emota is today. Katie Coleman, Head of Meetings & Events (US), and Leanne Galea, Head of Meetings & Events (EU), both built their careers at AEE before it became Emota, leading large-scale pharma client events with strategic insight and a commitment to sustainability.
Saira Dickinson, Head of Live Production (EU), and Jenn Crickard, Director of Live Production (US), both came from WRG and have been instrumental in delivering high-impact live experiences. Saira has risen through the ranks to lead a team of over 60 experts, delivering award-winning experiences for audiences as large as 65,000. Jenn, with a decade of experience at WRG before transitioning to Emota, plays a critical role in driving creative excellence in the US market.
While many of our leaders have grown within Emota and its legacy companies, others have brought fresh perspectives from across the industry. Katie Streten, Head of Creative Strategy, joined WRG in 2022 before becoming part of Emota. Prior to that, she held key roles at Imagination and VMLY&R COMMERCE, bringing a wealth of experience in brand storytelling and experiential marketing.
Rising Stars
We are also proud to celebrate the next generation of talent at Emota. Bronté Heller and Mackenzie Gill, recently recognized in the CN30 Under 30 Class of 2024, exemplify the passion, creativity, and dedication that drive our business forward.
Their achievements highlight Emota’s commitment to fostering growth and innovation in the industry.
