Three of our superstar team members, Steph Robinson, Ellie Bidmead, and Sarah Needham have been chosen to join the illustrious C&IT A-List.
The list is a prestigious who’s who of event agency planners, featuring people who have genuinely excelled in their roles and careers so far.
Just to be considered, all three had to consistently demonstrate A-list attributes over the year, including: “innovation, collaboration, progression, and performance.”
And with an “unprecedented number of nominations” this year, the competition was described as “extra fierce” by the notoriously selective C&IT panel.
Steph, who’s only been in the role for 13 months, has already been described as the “ultimate Producer” by colleagues. She seamlessly delivered one of our most complex virtual events, with 76 separate links, as well as running three separately-branded congress events in one day.
I had the privilege of working with Steph on a live event for 900 people from around the world. It was complex and constantly evolving, which Steph handled with ease. Her flexibility and creativity was integral to its success.

Ellie joined us as a Delegate Manager in 2014, but quickly rose to Project Director and has been commended for her outstanding role as a mentor to Year ONE interns, She has done all this while simultaneously leading one of our largest projects – where she oversees logistics, production, health and safety, and sustainability. Ellie also looked after a team of 28 people across Europe and Asia and was responsible for over 1000 delegates.
Gems like Ellie are hard to find. Never in seven years has her professionalism, enthusiasm, or dedication to our program faltered. We are big Ellie fans over here.

Venue Sourcing Manager Sarah Needham was also a standout candidate for the A–list – her passion, energy, and focus never waiver, and the Venue Sourcing team have gone from strength to strength under Sarah’s management.
Sarah is incredibly passionate about everything she does. As a specialist in venue sourcing, her enthusiasm and positivity shine through on a daily basis. She is unfailingly client focused, always striving to provide an excellent service for our clients. Her passion and diligence have both been a driver for us winning and retaining clients.
