Supporting our clients at ASCO 2024
Taking a team of 80 to Chicago.

The 2024 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO®) annual meeting is one of the highlights of my calendar each year. The global gathering of Oncology professionals brings together the brightest minds working to improve the lives of people with cancer.
A number of Emota’s senior leadership travelled to ASCO and shared their thoughts on seeing all of our work come to life.
We had around 80 people from Inizio onsite at McCormick Place in Chicago, and the Emota team created six exhibition booths, looked after more than 2,500 delegates, created 15 FOYAH sites and supported with more than 200 meetings, including product launches and pre-congress briefings.
While the majority of our exhibition booths were in support of our global pharmaceutical clients, we also created a booth for our parent company, Inizio. We designed the stand using our Enviro Plan initiative, our methodology for reducing the carbon emissions around our exhibition builds. Made from 100% pulpable cardboard, it can be reused and is lighter to transport.
