Caroline has been with Emota for 20 years. Initially joining as a Project Executive, Caroline spent 10 years delivering event experiences for large pharmaceutical companies – eventually heading up a team of 44 looking after one major healthcare account. Caroline was recognised on the C&IT A List in 2012, which celebrates 35 of the top agency players aged 35 and under.
Moving into a Business Development role, Caroline took the lead on client engagement for a number of accounts and was responsible for their service delivery and growth.
In 2021, Caroline became Global Marketing Lead for Inizio Engages experiential brand Emota, which brings together legacy brands Ashfield Event Experiences (AEE) and WRG into one event powerhouse.
