Get to know Katie
As Head of Meetings & Events, US, Katie is responsible for operational success for our clients and US growth and development. Katie has been in the events industry for 20 years. She started her career with Ashfield in 2004 managing global programs various healthcare clients. She then moved into a leadership role in 2009 where she managed a large planning team delivering events around the globe. Katie spent two years as an implementation lead, onboarding new global accounts and developing robust process infrastructure to launch these new partnerships. As part of Client Engagement, Katie was responsible for nurturing strategic partnerships on her global key accounts.
Katie has produced industry-leading research in the US, partnering on a series of whitepapers that demonstrated the role scientific meetings and congresses play in a HCP’s medical education journey.
