Leanne has over 20 years of diverse experience across Business Analysis, Project Management, and Event Management. Since joining Emota (formerly Ashfield Event Experiences) in 2014, she’s held pivotal roles, starting as an Account Manager and moving into an Account Director position where she led large-scale pharma client events. Then, as Director of Contract Pricing & Implementation, she managed pricing strategies and complex account setups across multiple service lines, ensuring seamless delivery for clients.
Now Head of Meetings & Events, EU, Leanne is a key member of Emota’s senior leadership team. She is known for her strategic thinking, focus on sustainability, and commitment to developing high-performing teams. Whether driving business growth or mentoring colleagues, she’s passionate about creating positive change.
Outside of work, Leanne loves spending time with her daughter, traveling, gardening, and walking her Beagle, Scout.
