Luke is passionate about championing a future of work where everyone can be their authentic selves. Recent speaking engagements include IABC Philadelphia to discuss inclusive communications and the Global Insight Conference D&I event in Amsterdam. They were also shortlisted for the Management Today DE&I Champion award.
