Get to know Rachel
Rachel has been with the agency since 2020, starting out as a Technical Producer in the virtual and hybrid environments. She has over 15 years experience in live events, theatre production and virtual broadcast. Having a keen eye on the technologies across the industry delivering content and driving engagement, Rachel’s role shifted to focus on the event platforms being used. In this new role, Rachel was able to influence and support end-to-end delivery of projects with industry-leading event platforms, engagement tools and mobile apps, including award-winning virtual incentive events, and hybrid awards ceremonies. Whilst the event landscape continues to evolve, relying more on technology and sustainability, event platforms has been a distinct area of growth. In her current role, Rachel heads up the Platform Team, with platform managers & coordinators across the US & UK teams. Speaking engagements include a panel discussion on the benefits of bespoke vs all-in-one platforms at the CN Tech Summit.
