Get to know Tripp
Tripp Mahan has more than 20 years of global event experience across a variety of industries. He has worked with major brands including Nike, L’Oreal, Target, Warner Brothers, Fox and Disney.
His event career began at Herbalife, where he oversaw corporate events for international attendees on six continents. After moving to The Global Entertainment Marketing Academy of Arts & Sciences (formerly Promax), he led the organization’s global conferences and award shows. In 2016, he joined Beautycon to manage their festivals across the US and UK, along with a retail pop-up in Los Angeles and was featured in the New York Times. He also worked for Freeman Agency to executive producer TwitchCon North America which welcomed 30,000 attendees in San Diego in 2019.
Most recently, Mr. Mahan was Chief Events Officer of YPO (Young Presidents’ Organization), where he developed strategic plans for a multi-million dollar global events business that served over 32,000 member CEOs in 142 countries. His work with YPO won an Event Marketing Mastermind CVENT award, after a 140% increase in event registrations.
