Nicknamed the Stevie Awards (for the Greek word meaning “crowned”) the awards will be presented at a gala ceremony in New York on June 13, 2023, and we can’t wait to celebrate with the other winners!
This fantastic recognition has been given for our collaboration with Genmab, for the delivery of their 2022 Company Event: Stronger Together.
The One Genmab Company Event 2022: Stronger Together was an incredible company communications event, created for the entire global workforce, taking place on the back of the COVID pandemic in Madrid, in June 2022.
Ashfield Event Experiences (now Emota) worked together with Genmab (an international biotech company) and delivered all event services, working seamlessly with 100+ Genmab stakeholders, bringing together 80 speakers, 37 external vendors, and 125+ technical and freelance crew. It truly took a “village” to create this experience.
Since 2019, Genmab has doubled in size. This event was critical following the pandemic – the teams needed to connect in person. This event was an imperative internal communications tool to achieve Genmab’s challenging objectives.
Critical to achieving their objectives was engaging the entire audience. How do we make sure that multiple messages land in an effective way, ensuring the organizational impact needed?
The solution: Over 3 days we created a high-touch and engaging event. “Togetherness and networking” were encouraged over seminars and talks, and the entire organization was engaged to create a showcase of talent, projects, and visions using multiple learning tools.
Our team and colleagues from Inizio Engage XD provided a full-service, end-to-end event delivery and creative solution for this incredible event.
The results were outstanding – 98% of attendees left confident in the company’s future direction; 96% left more passionate about working for Genmab; and 96% understood the company’s 2030 vision.
The lasting impact of the event can continue to be felt. The connections that were made, the inspiration, the innovation, the collaboration. A sense of pride, belonging, of being proud to work for a company that is really trying to change the way cancer is treated and the lives of patients.
