Best B2B Event (Gold), Most Effective Event Design (Gold), Grand Prix
AstraZeneca at ASCO was recognised across three categories, including the prestigious Grand Prix. The project set a new benchmark for what leadership at a global congress can look like, combining immersive design, scientific storytelling and sustainability at scale.
The booth welcomed more than 18,000 visitors into a space designed for exploration, conversation and discovery. Intelligent use of digital media, adaptive lighting and modular architecture created a 360 degree scientific environment tailored to different types of delegate behaviour.
Sustainability played a central role, with materials, structures and logistics selected to significantly reduce environmental impact without compromising quality or ambition.
These wins celebrate a project that was strategic in approach, bold in execution and delivered measurable impact for both delegates and the client.

Best Experiential Event (Gold), Most Creative Event Delivery (Gold)
NEFF wanted to thank and celebrate its MasterPartners in a way that felt memorable, meaningful and completely different from a traditional recognition event. The result was a one night experience that blended theatre, storytelling, performance and hospitality inside The Underglobe.
Guests stepped into an imagined woodland world shaped by projection mapping, roaming characters, live music and a bespoke four act narrative. The entire evening evolved around them, shifting seamlessly from scene to scene and creating a sense of immersion from the moment they arrived.
The awards for Best Experiential Event and Most Creative Event Delivery recognise the originality of the concept, the precision of its execution and the emotional connection it created for guests. It was a celebration that used creativity to make people feel valued, seen and part of something special.

Best Brand Communication Event (Silver)
Set in Barcelona during the Formula 1 weekend, the Shell Helix Influencer Experience brought the brand’s new global campaign to life for an audience of influencers, retailers and trade partners from 14 markets.
Across four days, guests experienced a curated journey through Ferrari, Hyundai, BMW and Formula 1 environments. Each touchpoint reinforced the brand’s story of performance and power, supported by high profile guest appearances and content rich moments designed to amplify reach.
The results speak for themselves, generating hundreds of millions of impressions, exceptional audience sentiment and a strong commercial return across participating markets. The award for Best Brand Communication Event celebrates the project’s ability to connect people to the brand through experience, partnership and emotion.
