We’re proud to share that our immersive brand experience for Ricoh at drupa 2024 has been recognised with an Event Marketer Ex Award—adding to its growing list of accolades.

This multi-award-winning project transformed Ricoh’s exhibition presence into The HENKAKUVERSE—a bold, theatrical environment that brought their philosophy of transformational innovation to life. From the moment visitors stepped through the dragon-scale walls into The House of HENKAKU, they were immersed in a world of storytelling, technology, and co-innovation.

The results were as impressive as the experience itself:

  • 7,465 visitors—49% above target
  • 1 hour 17 minutes average dwell time
  • 3,100 leads generated—131% above target
  • 210% of sales target achieved
