Emota is celebrating a landmark night after taking home four awards at the micebook Awards 2026, including the prestigious Grand Prix—awarded to the agency achieving the highest overall score across all entries.

The annual micebook Awards celebrate creativity, innovation, and excellence across the global meetings, incentives, conferences, and events (MICE) industry. Judged by an independent panel of industry leaders, the awards recognize the agencies, brands, venues, and suppliers delivering exceptional event experiences and measurable business impact.

Roche UK’s annual conference was recognized in two categories for its innovative approach to internal communications and employee engagement.
Designed around the theme Driven by Why. Powered by Us., the three-day experience helped employees connect with Roche UK’s ambitious 2030 vision while giving every individual a clear understanding of the role they play in achieving it. Through immersive storytelling, creative session formats, and behavior-change principles, the event transformed a complex business strategy into an engaging experience that inspired action.
The results spoke for themselves. 98.9% of attendees left with a clear understanding of Roche’s 2030 ambition, 97.8% understood the behaviors needed to achieve it, and more than 91% understood how to apply those behaviors in their own role.

Winning Best ESG Initiative for AstraZeneca’s presence at the European Respiratory Society’s annual congress demonstrated how sustainability and creativity can work hand in hand.
Using Emota’s Enviroplan methodology, the exhibition booth was designed around circular principles from concept through to breakdown, making sustainability not just part of the build, but part of the delegate experience itself.
The project achieved an 82% reduction in production waste, a 56% reduction in carbon emissions, and 99% material reuse, while still attracting 41% of all congress attendees. Proving that ambitious sustainability goals can enhance both visitor engagement and event performance.
