Emota were tasked with designing an unforgettable experience that both celebrated top-performing partners and fostered a unified community spirit – delivering a seamless, high-impact experience.
- Celebrate and reward 400 external retail sales partners with a first-class evening that reinforced NEFF brand loyalty.
- Seamlessly combine an intimate VIP, 3AA rosette dinner for 50 followed by a large-scale festival atmosphere for the wider MasterPartner community.
- Ensure flawless logistics, technical production, and venue management at Fairmont Windsor Park Hotel.
- Deliver an inclusive experience addressing accessibility, dietary, and DEI requirements for a diverse audience.
- Craft engaging content – from pre-event teasers to on-screen awards scripting while respecting host photo permissions.

The Solution
Emota centered the experience on a dynamic, “Sensational Souls” festival – using the VIP dinner as an intimate prelude – crafting a vibrant environment that celebrated NEFF’s spirit and maximized partner engagement.
Key elements included:
- Immersive Festival Grounds: We transformed the Fairmont Windsor Park lawns into distinct festival zones – mainstage for live awards, branded lounges for networking, areas for colourful street food trucks, interactive entertainment areas including Vintage Strong Men and an acoustic roaming band, plus a bespoke piano, commissioned especially for this event.
- Entertainment with Impact: Live DJ’s, pop-up performances, roaming face painting brusherettes, and a silent disco to add that extra bit of sparkle.
- Bold Visual & Production Design: A cohesive “Sensational Souls” identity ran across the whole site – including a giant LED wall showing bespoke content, stage backdrops, custom festival signage, beautifully lit trees and festoon lighting plus a bold and colourful pergola entrance lined with NEFF branded and vibrant festival flags. All paired with dynamic lighting and surround-sound to heighten immersion.
- Interactive Brand Activations: Partners engaged with a live-painted NEFF piano installation (later gifted to Centrepoint) and hands-on interactive entertainment throughout the event.
- Festival-Style Hospitality: Rather than a traditional banquet, we curated gourmet food trucks, bespoke cocktail bars, and roaming serves – encouraging movement, discovery, and informal networking across the site.
- Seamless Guest Services & DEI: A bespoke registration process for delegates, designed in line with the Sensational Souls Theme that captured detailed delegate preferences and needs in advance, allowing us to provide appropriate dietary options, accessible layouts, a designated quiet space and respecting individual’s requests for privacy during content capture. This data informed everything from site layout, inclusive entertainment across all areas including accessible routes, communications and catering. We also asked guests for their favourite song pre-event which was passed on to the DJ’s to play at the event; on-site teams made certain that every activation was welcoming and inclusive ensuring every guest felt seen, valued and included.
- Integrated Content & Comms: A series of countdown teasers built excitement; live screen content, DJ, hosts and entertainment guided guests through each festival moment; and post-event content extended the brand story – amplifying impact long after the final encore.
The Value Created
The “Sensational Souls Festival” exceeded every expectation, earning a flawless 5-star rating across guest experience surveys and glowing testimonials from both partners and NEFF leadership.
By swapping traditional banquet for festival-style activations – gourmet global food trucks, bespoke cocktail bars, interactive entertainment, and a live-painted NEFF piano donation to Centrepoint – the event reenergized the ambassador community, deepening loyalty and sparking new business conversations.

From the two-day build through live day and de-rig, Emota’s integrated logistics and production model delivered zero technical hitches, affirming our reputation for seamless execution.
Ultimately, partners left inspired and activated, carrying the festival’s energy – and NEFF’s brand values – into the year ahead.
