This was the third and final event in a series of annual conferences designed to help teams across the business rally around a bold and ambitious goal: reaching 200,000 patients on treatment by the end of 2025. With the previous two years already hailed as major successes, expectations were high. This year’s challenge was to sustain the momentum, build on the emotional resonance of the campaign, and bring it to a truly memorable close.
The objectives were clear: inspire and energize, give teams the clarity and tools they need to contribute, and show every attendee how their individual role connects to the company’s wider patient ambition. Above all, the event needed to be a shared experience and one that deepened connection and gave colleagues a reason to believe.
We helped our client deliver a high-impact, three-day live conference that translated their bold ambition into a meaningful, energising experience.
Working closely with internal stakeholders, our content and strategy teams shaped the agenda around the central storytelling theme: “This is Why.” This narrative thread ran through every session, shaping not only the tone and design of the conference but also helping to distil complex business goals into personal, human stories that resonated across departments.
Our film team created a full suite of video content, including pre-event interviews, opening and closing sequences, and dynamic on-site edits to capture the energy of the event in real time. We also supported a range of creative sessions and live moments that brought variety and emotional depth to the programme.
These included a standout interactive session where delegates formed a Kazoo Orchestra – an unexpectedly fun and symbolic experience that underscored the importance of coordination and teamwork. We also facilitated a creative charity challenge in partnership with a Manchester-based organization, resulting in over £7,000 of societal value through content and design work produced by attendees themselves.
One of the standout moments came from Olympic legend Sir Chris Hoy when he took to the stage for an inspiring conversation about the Power of Purpose – sharing his personal story of focus, resilience and motivation that deeply resonated with the audience. Alongside the high-energy sessions, we also built in immersive wellbeing moments. Calm, guided meditations and reflections supported by bespoke lighting and sound design, to give delegates the space to recharge and reconnect with the theme in a more personal way.
The event came to a climactic close with a powerful live performance by a celebrated spoken word artist. An emotionally charged moment that, combined with bespoke visuals, sound design and lighting, brought three years of storytelling together in one unforgettable finale.
To keep the experience fresh from previous years while retaining continuity, we also evolved the visual identity, ensuring consistency while finding new ways to surprise and delight the audience at every turn.

Attendees left feeling genuinely inspired, clear on their role in achieving the organization’s goals, and more connected to their colleagues than ever before.
